We hope you love your order. If for any reason it is not quite right, you are welcome to return or exchange your items in accordance with the terms below.

How to return your items

  1. Click the relevant return link below to access our return portal.

  2. Enter your email address and order number (found in your order confirmation and packing slip).

  3. Follow the instructions in the return portal so we can register your return correctly.

  4. Pack the items securely in original and unused condition, preferably in the original packaging.

  5. Remove or cover any previous shipping labels on the parcel.

  6. Print and attach the new return label, or show the QR code at the parcel shop if available.

  7. Hand in the parcel at the selected parcel shop or courier location.

  8. Keep your receipt or tracking number as proof of return.

Finland, Nederland and other countries may return using a local carrier of their own choice. Please include a note/order confirmation with your order number and name.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another size, colour or item, please include a note with your order number and requested replacement item.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and approval.

Return conditions

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your items.

Sale items purchased online must be returned directly to our warehouse and cannot be returned in store.

We do not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops, lockers or collection points.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept COD parcels.

Parcels returned from outside the EU must be sent without customs charges.

Returned items must be in original condition, neatly folded, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Items may be tried on but must not show signs of wear, perfume, stains, washing or damage.

If special handling is required before resale, we reserve the right to deduct up to 10% of the item value.

Christmas exchange period

Orders purchased from 8 December onwards may be exchanged until 5 January.

Orders purchased before 8 December follow the standard 14-day return policy.

Returns received after 5 January may be refunded as a gift card.

Uncollected parcels

If an order is not collected from the selected parcel shop and is returned to us, this is not considered a valid cancellation of the purchase.

We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee to cover our actual costs related to outbound shipping, return freight, payment processing fees and administrative handling.

Denmark: DKK 150
Other countries: EUR 45

The fee will be deducted from any refund due.

If the parcel is returned after the applicable return period, we reserve the right to issue a gift card instead of a monetary refund.

If the customer wishes the parcel to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
