TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you accept the terms set out below.

 

2. Orders

When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

A final agreement is only concluded once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock errors, pricing errors, technical issues, payment issues, suspected misuse, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in DKK or EUR including VAT unless otherwise stated. Any delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment is captured when the order is dispatched unless otherwise required by the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, campaigns, and discounts without prior notice. Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place according to the terms stated on our Shipping page.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk passes to you upon physical delivery.

 

5. Uncollected Parcels

If an order delivered to a parcel shop is not collected within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to us, this is not considered a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.

For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee reflecting our actual costs related to shipping, return freight, payment processing, and administration.

Denmark: DKK 150
International orders: EUR 45

The amount will be deducted from any refund due.

If the customer wishes the parcel to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

 

6. Delays

If delivery is significantly delayed, we will seek to inform you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.

8. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

 

9. Claims

You have statutory rights regarding defective goods.

If you receive an item with faults or defects, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss or consequential damages unless required by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

 

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

12. Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel orders or reject transactions in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorized payment, or unlawful activity.

 

13. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding a purchase, you are always welcome to contact us.

Consumers may also use relevant national complaint bodies or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/site-relocation_en 

 

14. Governing Law

Purchases made through our webshop are governed by Danish law unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide greater protection.

 

15. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
